Return Policy
Effective Date: August 2, 2026
This Return Policy applies to all orders placed with Value Trade LLC, doing business as MFG Direct Pro ("we," "us," "Company"). It should be read alongside our Shipping Policy, Warranty Guarantee, and Terms of Service.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Because we specialize in engineered-to-order manufacturing (including CNC machining, injection molding, sheet metal fabrication, rotational molding, and 3D printing), all products are custom-manufactured strictly according to the client's approved engineering designs, specifications, and prototypes.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for custom-manufactured products unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect (i.e., the final delivered parts fail to conform to the mutually agreed-upon technical drawings and specifications).
Design Accuracy: Clients are solely responsible for reviewing and approving final engineering designs, CAD files, and rapid prototypes before mass production begins. We are not responsible for design flaws or functional failures resulting from client-provided specifications.
Defective or Non-Conforming Products
If you receive products that exhibit verifiable manufacturing defects or do not conform to the approved specifications, you must notify us in writing within 14 business days of receiving the shipment.
Upon verification, our sole liability and your exclusive remedy will be, at our discretion, the repair or replacement of the non-conforming parts. Returned defective items must be shipped back in their original packaging as instructed by our support team.
