Warranty Guarantee
Effective Date: August 2, 2026
This Warranty Guarantee applies to all orders placed with Value Trade LLC, doing business as MFG Direct Pro ("we," "us," "Company"). It should be read alongside our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Terms of Service.
We stand by the quality of our engineering design and manufacturing processes. We offer a limited warranty covering structural and functional integrity under normal industrial/commercial use.
Warranty Periods by Category
- Electronic Products / Assemblies: Covered by a 2-to-5-year limited warranty, depending on the specific product category, component specifications, and agreed-upon contract terms.
- Mechanical & Custom Fabricated Parts (CNC, Injection Molding, Sheet Metal, etc.): Covered by a 1-year limited warranty against material and workmanship defects from the date of delivery.
Warranty Limitations & Exclusions
This warranty is strictly limited to defects arising from manufacturing, assembly, or engineering execution. The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, surface cosmetic aging, or degradation caused by harsh environmental conditions.
- Product failure or damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, or failure to follow operational guidelines.
- Damage caused by accidents, power surges (for electronics), or external forces outside our control.
- Products that have been disassembled, repaired, or altered by any party other than our authorized personnel.
Warranty Claims
To file a warranty claim, please contact our engineering and support team with your order details, a detailed description of the issue, and supporting photos or test data. If validated, we will repair or replace the defective product or component at no additional manufacturing cost.
