Shipping Policy
Effective Date: August 2, 2026
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Value Trade LLC, doing business as MFG Direct Pro ("we," "us," "Company"). It should be read alongside our Return Policy, Warranty Guarantee, and Terms of Service.
Overview
We provide end-to-end outsourced procurement, engineering design, and manufacturing services. We coordinate logistics based on client needs and product characteristics, utilizing Air Freight for samples and urgent components, and Sea Freight for heavy or bulk cargo.
Freight Costs & Shipping Responsibility
All shipping and transportation costs are the sole responsibility of the client.
Freight charges can be billed directly as part of the total invoice, or shipped via the client's designated courier/freight account (Freight Collect), depending on the agreed-upon contract terms.
Shipping Methods & Lead Times
- Samples & Rapid Prototyping: Typically shipped via Air Freight (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, or air cargo) to ensure rapid delivery for client evaluation and testing.
- Mass Production & Heavy Cargo: Typically shipped via Sea Freight (FCL or LCL) to optimize costs for bulk orders.
- Lead Times: Estimated shipping and production timelines provided are guidelines based on standard conditions. While we strive to meet all schedules, exact delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Liability & Force Majeure
Customs, Duties, and Delays: Clients are responsible for import duties, customs clearance fees, and taxes unless otherwise specified in writing. In the event of unforeseen customs inspections, regulatory holds, port congestion, or carrier delays, we are not liable for any financial losses, project delays, or consequential damages resulting from shipping or transit delays.
Uncontrollable Factors & Reshipments: If a shipment is rejected, returned, or held by authorities due to inaccurate client-provided information, incomplete documentation, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, port closures), all resulting storage fees, return shipping costs, and reshipment expenses shall be borne entirely by the client.
Shipping Insurance & Claims
Coverage: Cargo insurance is available upon request and can be included to cover physical product damage and complete cargo loss while in transit from our manufacturing facility to the final destination.
Exclusions: Transit insurance does not cover shipping delays, minor packaging scuffs that do not affect product functionality, or losses caused by force majeure events.
Claims Process: Any claims for transit damage or missing items must be reported in writing within 7 business days of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence and the carrier's delivery receipt.
